Our Fees
Purchase
5% from 0 to 500.000€ of the purchase price with a minimum fee of 8000€
4% from 500.000 to 1M€ of the purchase price
3% from more than 1M€ of the purchase price
Refurbishment and decoration
Our architects will provide a quotation on case-by-case basis
Property management
10% of the net rent (excluded VAT) for rentals up to 11 months
5% of the net rent (excluded VAT) for more of 11 months rentals + 10€/sqm for new rental agreement

Purchase
Artemis will guide you end-to-end, through the process of buying a property. We only get paid if you buy property through our services. Our fees are 5% of the transaction value, with a minimum of €7000, for transactions between 0-€500,000. For higher price transactions we have a tiered rate; we charge 4% for the €500,000-€1 M bracket, and 3% for the €1 M and above bracket.
This depends on several factors, for example whether you have defined your budget and requirements, whether you need a mortgage, and whether the property needs a refurbishment.
Generally speaking, a sale process will take between 2-3 months. Further, you have to factor in the time for the refurbishment which can take anything from a week to several months.
You will be assigned to one of our Relationship Managers, who will be your contact point throughout your relationship with Artemis, from searching for a property all the way to managing it
The mandate is an indication of your willingness to use the services of Artemis. There is no cost, it is not committing you to anything, and it is not exclusive. Artemis only gets paid if we help you buy a property.
Property management
Artemis will manage your property at a cost of 10% of rental income for rental periods between 1 day and 11 months. For rental periods of 11 months and beyond our fees are 5% of rental income and 10 €/m2 for each time we advertise the property in the market. Our efficiency and use of technology allow us to offer a better service and to be more affordable than traditional Real Estate agencies.
Each time we advertise a property for long-term rental (11 months and beyond) we incur some costs. They are broken down into the following: advertising the property, screening the tenants, organizing visits to the property, signing guarantee and contracts, and finally check-out of the previous tenant and check-in of the new tenant. By using technology efficiently, we are better and more affordable than traditional Real Estate agencies.
The management contract is valid for 2 years and can be renewed beyond that.
Artemis will screen tenants strictly based on certain reliability criteria, for example income, working status, guarantees by 3rd parties, and recommendations by previous owners.
Artemis will hold the equivalent of 2 months of rent in an escrow account and will keep it until the check-out of the tenant has been finalized. In the case where there is a need for repairs after check-out, the cost will be covered from that deposit.
